Bookings are managed in our reservation system (Smoobu), which keeps the calendars of our distribution channels in sync. We transfer the details needed for the reservation (name, email, travel dates, number of guests).
3. Usage data
When you visit the Site, technical usage data may be generated (e.g. IP address, browser type, pages visited, date and time of access). Our hosting provider processes such data to deliver and secure the Site.
4. Cookies
The Site itself does not set advertising or tracking cookies. During checkout, Stripe may use technically necessary cookies.
5. Purposes of processing
We use the collected data to provide and improve the Site, answer enquiries, handle bookings, provide customer support, and detect and fix technical issues.
